By accessing or using Veroxa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Veroxa is a business management platform for photographers. It provides tools for booking, contracts, invoicing, client management, and portfolio hosting.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Free plans include basic features with limited capacity. Paid subscriptions are billed in USD on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of all photos, text, and other content you upload to Veroxa. By uploading content, you grant Veroxa a limited license to store, display, and transmit it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Google Calendar, Paystack). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. Veroxa is not responsible for third-party services.
All rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding, are owned by Veroxa. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Veroxa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
