How does the free plan work?
You get access to basic features with up to 5 active jobs. Upgrade to Starter ($5/mo) or Pro ($15/mo) anytime for more features and capacity.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard settings anytime. When you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods via Bachs and Paystack. All payments are in USD.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export everything — clients, bookings, invoices, contracts. After that, data is permanently deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any paid subscription. After that, you can cancel to stop future charges but current period payments are non-refundable.
